Jul 25, 2009The only issue I have is that the items are all packed ad hoc and not grouped appropriately. For example, I've had strawbwrries in with bleach or I've had a cream cake in with tins which has resulted in the cakes being squashed. Getting the packing sorted out and then the overall service would probably be excellent.

Nov 18, 2008Pros: Simple and fast website, excellent customer service and punctual delivery, these for me are the most important factors.
Perfect for someone like me who cannot stand going to the supermark!
Cons: Products are more expensive compare with the standard supermarkets but you do get excellent quality food.

Mar 15, 2008Pros: We've tried every grocery delivery service and Ocado run rings around the others. These guys are professionals -- prompt, courteous and extraordinarily helpful. Ocado even unpack everything for you!
Cons: Because Ocado source their food from Waitrose they have been a bit pricier than Tesco or Sainsbury's but have recently decided to match prices with Tesco on all branded items.
