Jul 24, 2008Pros: Wow this place is my fave. It has art work all over the walls some of which is by the students from the Art School around the corner.
There's a roaring open log fire which is nice for the cold times of year.
They offer a great selection of ciders which go down a treat, though be warned as they are really strong.
The bar is fully stocked and they do a mean Bloody Mary complete with celery salt.
The home cooked food is out of this world I can't recommend it enough.
Cons: It can be difficult to get a table as it's so popular.
If it's busy then it may take a while to get served food but the atmosphere is so great and bubbly that you won't mind.
