Jun 28, 2008Pros: The staff at the Ibis in Plymouth are very helpful and friendly. We recently needed somewhere to stay in Plymouth. Being a tourist in the area we found a few hotels and started approaching each one to see if they had rooms for the night. We viisted the Ibis. When we asked for a room we were told that they didn't have any that night.
The lovely lady behind the desk then went out of her way to help us find a hotel. She started phoning around a few hotels to book us a room! How nice! I was very happy with this un-prompted level of service. I am sure this lady had lots of other tasks that needed doing - and she choose to help us! We were very grateful.
Excellent Cusotmer Service.
Cons: No rooms at the Inn. Book early to stay at this hotel.
