Cons: As an ex soldier myself, I am absolutely disgusted with the way they treated this man. Soldiers do a fantastic job away from home, and this is how they expect to get treated? I dont think so

Pros: being accosted by prostitutes outside the premises

Cons: very rude staff
food was cold and terrible.

Pros: interesting view of the local punters, 'working girls' and purveyors of illicit substances.

Cons: In reality, the soldier had a lucky escape! i stayed in this place. its grubby, and the service is bad. it is also set in a somewhat sleazy area, Which i would imagine would be uncomfortable if you are with your family.
Your money would be better spent at a local B and B!

Pros: Which is exactly what they made an injured serviceman do.

They demanded ID and when the staff saw that he was military, on leave from Afghanistan, told him that Company Policy was to refuse rooms to soldiers.

He then had to spend the night in his car!!

Cons: As a serving member of the British armed forces I'm disgusted to see that one of my colleagues was refused a room in the 'Metro' hotel in Surrey that is owned by this company because their policy is to refuse all army personel. Anyone considering using any services of this company should deffinately not bother. I'm sure a more patriotic company can be found with far superior services.

Each and every patriotic British person should endevour never to use or promote any business associated with this company.
