Microsoft Operating systems (Recommended)

Pros Whilst the operating systems of Microsoft notably XP and Vista dominate the computer market the quality of the products are pretty good. The operating systems of Microsoft tend to be more user friendly from having good General User Interface. I do however feel let down slightly that the software is expensive and also the software often has security flaws. The reliability is good though the product suffers from the security problems which make the users computer prone to computer intrusion attempts.

Pros I have no inherent hatred of Microsoft like some of the fanboys I know because:

- Outlook is great
- Excel is fantastic

Having also worked with MSN I found them to be pretty good partners.

Cons But Microsoft has dropped the ball so here goes:

- I want to pass my work documents online to allow me to edit them at my leisure from any machine
- I want to sync my contacts from my social networks and my web email (well, XOBNI now does this I guess)
- I want help pages that actually work (go look at getsatisfaction.com) because the version on microsoft.com are woeful
- Please god unbundle IE from windows and make it fast, standards compliant and useful
- Give me a web-based storage system that syncs with a Zune and I'd buy one
- Bundle old versions of good games for free with each new operating system

Is this too much to expect? (I know its a bit subjective)
