vet (Recommended)

Pros this is a good vet which offers good service 24 hours if your pet gets ill or anything.

you can get good advice which helps you as well once my cat got ill and they give me the medicines name and which i could get from the store and made it easier for me as well by telling which store it would be at so i didnt had to go round asking people.

their staff is good and friendly and also trained on and have good communication skills.

Cons there is not any they are good after all

I would trust any pet of mine to them (Recommended)

Pros The vet is extremely nice and has a wonderful way with all variety of animals (one of mine seems to have quite a crush on him!) and can care for rarer animals. I have had several pets treated there, including two surgeries, all with complete success. I feel everyone working there really cares about animals and I am confident allowing them to treat any pet of mine.
There is no charge for post-surgical follow-ups, and they have given me extras, like antiseptic wash, free.

Cons The non-medical staff are not always so friendly and not entirely with it, as evidenced by the fact a pet named "Kitty" who is not in fact a cat seems to cause huge confusion on each and every visit.
They do possess a surgical facility, however for unknown reasons some (but not all) surgeries are sent to another nearby Medivet branch, and as I don't drive it is quite annoying to have to make a journey of several miles to pick up my pet when I had assumed I would be picking them up from the Barnes branch very close to my home.
