Decent quality, great value (Recommended)

Pros I flew long-haul with KLM to Tokyo and there were no problems at all. I managed to booking from the initial enquiry on their website, right through to checking in the luggage ( at the airport) using the e-ticket. Their website is easy to use and their cust services on the phone was also attentive.

On the plane, the food was surprisingly good- and original. One breakfast came in a wacky, funny-shaped packaging that was biodegradable and easily recyclable. The food was also healthy.

Movies and programs there were a good choice of and the aircraft clean

Also, their prices tend to be cheaper than others - an even better deal!

Cons Again, legroom on long-haul (economy) is just OK
