  Pros: Neil Austin is a miracle worker. I was referred by a friend who is gymnast and is prone to lots of sports injuries. And I have since referred two more -- one of whom is a friend who had three previous (and unsuccessful) surgeries on her arm. Neil sorted her out within a few months! Although he is based on Harley Street, his fees are extremely low (perhaps lower than they should be).
