Solves my phoning take-away phobias! (Recommended)

Pros I hate phoning take-away people... there's always a panic, I have to make quick decisions, I can't hear them over the phone and I'm afraid of making a mistake. hungryhouse solves all woes!

It's really easy to use their website-- you enter in your postcode and it tells lets you search for the type of food you want (for me, it's generally Thai, but they have all sorts). It then gives you customer ratings. Lots of restaurants have about 50 reviews for them for my area, so you can be sure that people have tried these places and they're not dodgy. They then let you look through the menu and add things to your order. It's very quick and easy. You just enter in your card details and choose when you would like it to be delivered. I usually choose next available time, but you can pre-order for later. You're then sent a confirmation of order, and then another email again when the restaurant has agreed to your order. The restaurants have always delivered in good time.

The next day you're asked for some feedback, but you don't mind, because it only takes a second to rate them and add a short comment.
