So how can you increase your business's BView Score? We've put together this guide to help you enhance your
business's presence on BView.
- take control of your listing on BView (if you haven't already)
- ensure that your business's contact details are correct and that your listing is under the right category
- add a description of your business to your business profile page
- add videos from YouTube
- add bios of your business's key people
- add opening hours
- add photos to your slide gallery
- Ask your customers to review your business. That's the best way to build up your BView Score
and to get a better understanding of how our community perceives your business.
- Reply to reviews. Positive reviews are easier to handle than negative feedback. However, a well-written
response to a difficult review will demonstrate your business's sensitivity and customer-focus.
- Act on them! Our community's reviews provide direct feedback from your customers which can help you to keep
your customers happy and coming back.
- Our community values honesty and transparency, so we recommend that you don't try and review
your own business or solicit reviews from friends and associates that aren't genuine.
- Negative reviews happen. Everyone has an off-day. We recommend a measured and honest response to a negative
review as the best approach.
