Pros: Decent stock depsite smallish shop floor – keep stock up to date with music and books as well as lots of “classic” stuff that people would want. Offer disounts for bulk buying (which another chain of stores would not by the way!) and will always offer to order in items which are not currently in stock. Staff are friendly and informative – know about products and what is suitable for your needs.
Cons: Nowhere to park, have to rely on onstreet spaces in competitive part of town. Right at bottom of Parade so a bit of a trek from town. Stairs up to shop so disabled/pram access is dificult. Small, cramped shop floor.
